By May 31 the Department Head or Dean shall have met with candidate
October 7 – Renewal of Probation – Article14.5.9(iv)
by October 7, the Department (or College) Renewals and Tenure Committee shall have considered all cases for renewal and transmitted recommendations in writing to the College Review Committee or the University Review Committee
August 1 – Renewal of Probation – Article 14.5.9 (iii)
by August 1 the candidate shall have provided to the Department Head or Dean such information as the candidate wishes to introduce
June 30 – Renewal of Probation – Article 14.5.9(ii)
by June 30 the Department Head or Dean shall have advised the candidate to provide such information as the candidate wishes to introuce
March 31 – Renewal of Probation – Article 14.5.9(viii)
By March 31, Renewal and Tenure Appeal Committees shall have determined all cases before them and shall have made their recommendations to the President for transmission to the Board.
February 28 – Renewal of Probation – Article 14.5.9(vii)
By February 28, the President shall have advised all candidates for renewal, except those pending before Renewal and Tenure Appeal Committees, of the decision of the Board.
